Just returned home from teaching at Stitches West at the Santa Clara Convention Center, Feb. 25-28. I taught a full slate of 6 classes over the weekend. It was great fun visiting with old friends and meeting new knitting buddies too. A new feature at this event was the “Meet the Teachers” at the opening day luncheon. Each teacher spent 2 minutes at each table meeting the guests and talking about their classes. It was loud; it was chaotic (teachers don’t follow instructions very well!); it was a lot of fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it made an exciting start to the weekend.

This special lady used to knit for Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. It was a delight to meet you!
